Finding Balance

Welcome Back to the Conscious Cabin!

What a busy few weeks it has been with the restrictions easing, nature bursting through everywhere. Life is really starting to feel like it’s moving forward. 
There has been a real joy, excitement and big rise in my energy re-connecting with others followed by several early nights as my system adapts to being sociable and busy again! This brings me back to finding balance in my world so I don’t burn out, remembering to nourish myself with longer dog walks, meditation and salty baths.  All the things I embraced and enjoyed when we were in lockdown. I’m curious to know, how do you find balance when your world is adapting?
The biggest challenge I’ve been experiencing lately is learning all the tech involved with having a website, using social media and creating these newsletters, coming out of my comfort zone being more visible has triggered my resistance to change and fear of  judgement – which really is a reflection of how I judge myself. 
The Transformational Healing Process Coaching Sessions I’ve received has supported these deeper rooted fears and taught me so much. The parts of me that hold me back, those limiting core beliefs. While I’m grateful they’ve keep me safe and comfortable they’re now better understood, cleared and healed. Which means I can show up here right now as myself, it’s quite liberating! 
Fear (or any emotion) when explored as an energy can enable us to access the subconscious mind, the point of creation can be explored, acknowledged and transformed into something quite beautiful.  These sessions have enabled me to believe in myself a little more and take steps out of my comfort zone.
