Yoga with Mindful Movement and Meditation
It’s time to gently emerge from winter’s hibernation…. This four week course will support our body to gently move and open while journeying within to clear, reset and regulate our system ready for the Spring.
This course is suitable for anyone with or without yoga, meditation, inner work experience. There will be a beautiful balance of movement and stillness, where the breath, body and energy guides throughout along with a gentle invitation to inquire within.
Wednesday 1st and 8th March
7:30pm (60-70mins)
Weekly Drop In – £15 (including 5% booking fee) limited spaces available for each week
