Spring Well-Being Afternoon – 11th April

The Conscious Cabin, Byfleet
An afternoon to soften, reset and reconnect as we move into the energy of spring.
This will be a small, intimate gathering (maximum 6 people), held in a quiet and supportive space.
Rather than a fixed plan, the afternoon will unfold gently in response to the group weaving together practices such as:
– Mindful Movement (yoga, pilates, qigong)
– Meditation
– Breath and energy awareness
– Mantra or sound
Held within the themes of spring – renewal, lightness, and opening – and supported by the rising energy of the year, there will be space to both rest and reawaken.
