Spring Well-Being Afternoon – 18th April
Saturday 18th April, 2:00pm – 5:30pm
The Conscious Cabin, Byfleet
An afternoon to soften, reset and reconnect as we move into the energy of spring.
This will be a small, intimate gathering (maximum 7 people), held in a quiet and supportive space.
Rather than a fixed plan, the afternoon will unfold gently in response to the group weaving together practices such as:
– Mindful Movement (yoga, pilates, qigong)
– Meditation
– Breath and energy awareness
– Mantra or sound
Held within the themes of spring – renewal, lightness, and opening – and supported by the rising energy of the year, there will be space to both rest and reawaken.
£50 per person
Optional Full Day
This includes a morning Yew Tree Nature Walk & Qigong at Newlands Corner

For those who feel called to spend the full day in practice and nature, you are welcome to join both the morning walk and afternoon session.
There will be time in between (approx. 2 hours) to rest, eat and travel from Newlands Corner to The Conscious Cabin.
