Pilates and Stretch with the Roller – Online

Working to improving our posture, release tension and connect with our deeper core while moving our body with awareness and kindness.
It is very important to me that these classes are affordable and accessible for anyone who uses them and I would like for you to pay only what you can afford. Please contact me if you’d like to discuss a concessionary rate, otherwise suggested a donation could be;

45mins – £5 – £7.50
May Passes – for all Pilates classes in May (and recordings if you miss a class) £22

Equipment Required
- Your yoga mat or something with support to lie on a 90cm Pilates foam roller
- A block or thick hardback book, cushion and a strap (dressing gown belt), scarf or towel
- A blanket and bolster, bed cushion or foam roller (for support during the relaxation)
- Your phone / or device to connect with zoom – a strong Wi-Fi connection will make all difference on the quality of sound
If you have injuries or health conditions that I’m not aware of please contact me before the class and complete a health form – if you haven’t yet done so – Online classes cannot be completed without this pre-screening.
