The end of October is the mid-way point between Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice and called Samhain, All Hallows Eve – or Halloween as it’s known today. A time in nature to honour the cycle of death and rebirth.  Some traditions still celebrate their ancestors, as it’s considered this is the time when the veil is thinner between our world and the spirit world.

The science of epigenetics shows us that we carry in our DNA the inter-generational trauma and wounding of our ancestors, as well as their joy, wisdom and guidance.  There may be stories passed down through our family blood line and equally we may know nothing of our elders. However, deep within our body and soul it knows and remembers.

In this session, using the beat of the shamanic drum, you’ll be invited to explore and connect with your wiser ancestral guides, perhaps even get the opportunity to receive some guidance or insights from them. Otherwise you’re welcome to simply relax and bathe in the vibrations of the drum beat that nourish, stimulate and soothe the system.

Whether you’re a seasoned traveler or a curious beginner, you are very welcome.

What you’ll need to bring:

• A blanket or throw, we provide mats, bolsters and bricks.

• A soft cushion if extra support is needed when sitting or lying
