Autumn Soul Dive focuses on harmonising the balance between our light and darkness. By incorporating the West Direction of the Shamanic Medicine Wheel, along with the symbolism of the Phoenix and Snake, we embrace a period of personal harvest and celebration as we gather the symbolic seeds of our intentions in anticipation of winter.

During Early Autumn, we engage with the Sacral Chakra and the fluidity of the water element. Transitioning into Late Autumn, we delve into our Third Eye energy as the water element transforms into earth. This connection allows us to explore our lineage, connecting with our ancestors and the natural cycles of death and rebirth as nature completes another rotation of the wheel.

When we align ourselves with the energy of the season, centred in our true selves, we unlock our innate wisdom, enabling us to:

• Embrace our spiritual authenticity
• Infuse our lives with meaning, direction, and purpose
• Cultivate trust in our intuition
• Manifest our dreams and aspirations
• Align with our soul’s purpose
• Find stability to support us in profound soul work and healing.

This three part immersive experience  has been created to gently support the letting go that required in autumn to prepare us for winter and deepen our souls journey.

• Personal Inquiry with Journal Prompt sheet provided – to encourage insight and awareness
• Drumming Meditation – with the Shamanic Drum where we journey to receive messages and clarity from our spirit guides/animals.
