Yoga with Mindful Movement and Meditation
This four week course will support our body to mindfully move and open while we clear, reset and regulate our system.
This course is suitable for anyone with or without yoga, meditation, inner work experience. There will be a beautiful balance of movement and stillness, where the breath, body and energy guides throughout along with a gentle invitation to inquire within.
Should the weather allow we may even manage a few weeks outside in the garden!
Wednesday nights – 24th & 31st May / 7th & 14th June
7:30pm (60-70mins)
Concessionary Tickets – £25 (excluding 5% booking fee) – a place is available at a concessionary rate to support anyone in need
20% Reduced Tickets – £40 (excluding 5% booking fee) – for those currently registered for a coaching package, yoga course or spring retreat
Early Bird Tickets – £45 (excluding 5% booking fee) available up to 7 days before the start of the course
Full Tickets – £50 (excluding 5% booking fee) available from 7 days before the start of the course
Weekly Drop In Ticket – £13.50 (excluding 5% booking fee) available 7 days before, limited spaces each week
