The movement is gentle, the music and sound soft so we can really unwind at the end of the day in a way that soothes and nourishes our bodies, our mind and our soul.

This is a holistic practice . We focus on softening and opening the body with mindful breath, while the warm glow of the candles helps us to relax and prepares our body for a long deep sleep.

What you’ll need to bring:

• A blanket or throw, we can provide mats, bolsters and bricks.
• A soft cushion if extra support is needed when sitting or lying
• Notepad/Journal and pen
• Water and a smile!

Sessions cannot be completed without this pre-screening.
