‘Let’s balance our inner night & day. Lets use our darkness to become our magical light’ – Roxana Jones
The season of Autumn carrries so much magic and wisdom! As summer ends and the nights draw in, it’s time to dig out our favourite sweater and start sheding all that no longer serves as we start to wind down and prepare for the inward journey of winter. We’ll be working with this seasonal energy and how we can bring this into our yoga practice and daily lives.
With some gentle autumn yoga, a mindfulness walk in nature to prepare our bodies for our drumming meditation/journey, bringing ourselves some much needed balance between movement and stillness.
