What you’ll need to bring:

• Your Yoga mat that you dont mind being on the grass and any blocks, cushions you may need for support
• A blanket or throw for relaxation
• Water and a smile for the sunshine!

Exact address will be sent seperately, along with a Health Form. Workshops, Courses, Circles and Coaching sessions cannot be completed without this pre-screening.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel up to 7 days in advance for a full refund
• Cancel between 6 days and 24hrs your place on this session can be transferred to a friend
• Cancel within 24hrs – No refund
• Option to transfer to another date or full refund if class cancelled due to wet weather

Transfers

• Sessions booked are not transferable to another date, unless cancelled due to wet weather

Covid

• Should you test positive for covid your place on this session can be transferred to a friend
• Full refund if session does not take place due to covid restrictions
