I am deeply committed to exploring, healing, and expanding all aspects of the human experience. Whether addressing physical pain or emotional, mental, and spiritual dis-ease, supporting curious souls on their journey of growth and recovery.
My own spiritual journey began in my early 20s, during my recovery from addictions and eating disorders I realised that these struggles were symptoms of a deeper soul sickness, which led me to explore various healing and awakening practices. I believe that true healing happens from the inside out, and my role is to guide, support, and hold space for your soul’s transformation with truth, compassion, and love.
After a career in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, I turned to yoga to heal from physical pain and injuries. This journey revealed the profound connection between movement, breath, and overall well-being. Yoga became the bridge that united all aspects of my personal development—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. I find great joy in weaving these elements into my classes and private sessions.
My interest in shamanism was sparked during Women’s Circles, where I felt called to provide healing and support through energy work and trauma release. The pandemic deepened my connection to shamanic practices, allowing me to explore shamanic journeys, spirit guides, and animal connections. Completing my Shamanic Practitioner training confirmed that my intuitive approach aligned with these ancient teachings. I received initiation into the Vajrayana Tibetan Buddhism lineage and continue exploring these ancient traditions and practices for myself and benefit of all beings.
With over 30 years of experience in the wellness field—spanning roles as a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Health & Wellbeing Coach, Clinical Pilates Teacher, and now a Shamanic Practitioner, Energy Healer and Qigong Teacher.
