It’s a space between the height of summer and the descent into autumn\, where we can come home to our bodies and recalibrate in harmony with nature. \nThis full-day retreat offers a rich\, nourishing blend of movement\, breath\, ritual\, and stillness\, carefully curated to support grounding\, embodiment\, and seasonal alignment. \nWhat’s Included: \n• Gentle Yoga – Move mindfully to reconnect with your body\, release tension\, and root into the steadiness of the Earth element. This practice supports digestion—not just of food\, but of emotions\, experiences\, and energy—helping you to integrate the summer’s intensity and prepare for the inward shift of autumn. \n• Shamanic Breathwork & Drumming Meditation – Journey inward through breath and rhythm to access deeper layers of self. These practices help clear stagnant energy\, awaken inner wisdom\, and restore flow—offering a powerful way to align with the ripened clarity of late summer. \n• Shared Seasonal Lunch – We’ll each bring a nourishing dish to share in sacred community. This act of mutual nourishment reflects the harvest spirit of late summer—celebrating abundance\, reciprocity\, and connection. Eating together becomes a ritual of care\, anchoring the Earth element through the senses and the heart. Along the way\, we’ll pause for simple Earth-based Qigong practices—inviting grounding\, presence\, and harmony with the living landscape. This fusion of movement and stillness helps settle the nervous system and deepen your connection to the body and Earth. \n• Soul Recovery Journey – Through guided journeying\, you’ll be supported to retrieve and welcome back a part of yourself that may have been left behind during stress\, transition\, or emotional overwhelm. Late summer is the perfect time for this integration\, helping you move into the next season feeling more whole and resourced. \n• Closing Fire Ceremony – We’ll gather around the fire to honour what we’re letting go of\, give thanks for the season’s gifts\, and plant seeds of intention for the months ahead.
