DESCRIPTION:Autumn Soul Dive focuses on harmonising the balance between our light and darkness. By incorporating the West Direction of the Shamanic Medicine Wheel\, along with the symbolism of the Phoenix and Snake\, we embrace a period of personal harvest and celebration as we gather the symbolic seeds of our intentions in anticipation of winter. \nDuring Early Autumn\, we engage with the Sacral Chakra and the fluidity of the water element. Transitioning into Late Autumn\, we delve into our Third Eye energy as the water element transforms into earth. DESCRIPTION:The end of October is the mid-way point between Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice and called Samhain\, All Hallows Eve – or Halloween as it’s known today. A time in nature to honour the cycle of death and rebirth it’s considered this is the time when the veil is thinner between our world and the spirit world. \nThe Afternoon will include; \n\nCacao Ceremony\nShamanic Yoga Practice\nSPIRITUS Breathwork – with Carol Sewell from Ada Rose Healing\nAncestral Healing Drumming Meditation Journey\nFire Ceremony\n\nThe science of epigenetics shows us that we carry in our DNA the inter-generational trauma and wounding of our ancestors\, as well as their joy\, wisdom and guidance.  There may be stories passed down through our family blood line and equally we may know nothing of our elders. However\, deep within our body and soul it knows and remembers.  Using the beat of the shamanic drum\, you’ll be invited to explore and connect with your wiser ancestral guides and have the opportunity to receive some guidance or insights from them.
