SUMMARY:Drumming Meditation - New Moon in Sagittarius
DESCRIPTION:December New Moon in Sagittarius will be weaving its magic as we journey with the Shamanic Drum. \nEveryone is welcome\, regardless of their drumming or meditation experience\, this workshop can either be used as a learning platform for meditation or a deeper journey and experience. \nSimply meditating to the rhythmical sound of the drum beat can help to – Reduce Anxiety\, Improve Mood\, Aid Deep Relaxation\, Improve Mental Clarity \nJourneying with the drum to meet our Spirit Guide and/or Spirit Animal can help us to access the deeper parts of our self that can get lost in day to life\, to receive guidance and message that may bring some clarify and/or resolution to some personal matter. \nThis session will be a combination of learning with mediation practices – We’ll learn a little more about the ancient Shamanic Journey Practice.  Then using the beat of the drum to either induce a trance state (in order to travel and meet your Spirit Guide and/or Spirit Animal) or deeply relax where the drum beat vibrations can be used to soothe your system. \nThis session gifts you an opportunity to deeply connect with yourself\, with others and the world around you.  Come away feeling calmer\, more relaxed and a little clearer. \nWednesday 13th December \n7pm \nConcessionary Tickets – £17.50 (excluding 5% booking fee) – one place available at a concessionary rate to support anyone in need \n20% Reduced Tickets – £24 (excluding 5% booking fee) – for those who are currently registered with a Coaching Package\, a Yoga Course or attended the previous months Drumming Meditation \nEarly Bird Tickets – £25 (excluding 5% booking fee) available up to 7 days before event \nFull Price Tickets – £30 (excluding 5% booking Fee) \nFollow the ‘Get Tickets’ link below to register. \nBank Transfers without the booking fee are also welcome\, please email to amanda@theconsciouscabin.co.uk for more information. \n  \nWhat you’ll need to bring: \n\nA blanket or throw\, we provide mats\, bolsters and bricks.\nA soft cushion if extra support is needed when sitting or lying\nNotepad/Journal and pen\nWater and a smile!\n\n  \nExact address will be sent separately\, along with a Pre-Screening Health Form for anyone new to The Conscious Cabin. \n  \nCancellation & Transfer Policy \n\n No cancellations however\, your place on this session can be transferred to a friend\nSessions booked are not transferable to another date

DESCRIPTION:Part one of three – Winter Soul Dive where we go inwards to become our more true\, spiritually\, aligned self \nOutside in nature winter is the time for hibernation\, going inwards. \n\nHow can we make the best of the longer darker nights of winter?\nHow do we really ‘GO IN’ and align with our true\, spiritual self  when the world around us can be so distracting and busy? \n\nWhen we can align our systems with nature’s wisdom and magic we come back to our truest nature within.  Being in the depth of winter can be challenging so let’s use this time and embrace this time by inquiring within and connecting with our divine essence\, our soul\, along with our healing teams\, guides\, ancestors\, soul family (whatever word resonates for you).  There’ll be opportunities to ask questions\, receive answers or messages and feel that deep connection to the ancient\, wise part of yourself.  Suitable for the curious beginner or for anyone yearning to come back home to themselves. \nIs 2024 calling for something different\, something deeper with meaning and purpose? \nWhen we show up in our lives from with our truest self at the centre we are better equipped to tap in to our innate wisdom where we can; \n\nAlign with our true\, spiritual self\nBring meaning\, direction and purpose into our lives\nConnect and trust our intuition\nBring our dreams and visions into the world\nBe the version of our self that our soul is here to be\nHave an anchor to support us through deeper soul work and healing\n\nThis three part immersive experience over winter has been created to gently support the inner journey.
