DESCRIPTION:Embark on a Seasonal Journey\nExploring the Depths of your Winter Soul \nDuring the Winter Soul Dive\, we delve inward to discover our authentic\, spiritually aligned selves. Drawing inspiration from the North direction of the Shamanic Medicine Wheel\, The Spirit of Bear\, our Root Energy\, the element of Earth and the introspective energies of winter\, we embrace the Yin and inward focus of the season. \nIn the natural world\, winter signifies a period of hibernation and introspection: \n\nHow can we maximize the longer\, darker nights of winter?\nAmidst the distractions of a bustling world\, how do we truly look inward and connect with our spiritual essence?\n\nBy harmonising our beings with the wisdom and enchantment of nature\, we rediscover our true essence. Although navigating the depths of winter can be challenging\, we can utilise this time to introspect\, connect with our divine core\, seek guidance from our spirit & animal guides\, ancestors\, or soul family\, and establish a profound connection with our ancient\, wise selves. \nWhen we align ourselves with the energy of the season\, centred in our true selves\, we unlock our innate wisdom\, enabling us to: \n\nEmbrace our spiritual authenticity\nInfuse our lives with meaning\, direction\, and purpose\nCultivate trust in our intuition\nManifest our dreams and aspirations\nAlign with our soul’s purpose\nFind stability to support us in profound soul work and healing.\n\nThis three part immersive experience over winter has been created to gently support the inner journey.
