DESCRIPTION:Embark on a Seasonal Journey\nExploring the Depths of your Spring Soul\nDuring the Spring Soul Dive\, we emerge from our winter slumber to shape our aspirations\, visions\, and dreams for the year ahead. \nGuided by the East Direction of the Medicine Wheel\, Eagle & Owl and the element of air\, known for its connection to thought and inspiration. \nIn Early Spring we balance the throat energy centre with breath and sound to transform these dreams and inspirations into self expression while in Late Spring its starts shifting from air into fire. This is a time to reclaiming our power\, igniting our passions and inner fire of our power centre. \nThis season marks a period for setting intentions for renewal and growth\, signalling new beginnings. \nWhen we align ourselves with the energy of the season\, centred in our true selves\, we unlock our innate wisdom\, enabling us to: \n\nEmbrace our spiritual authenticity\nInfuse our lives with meaning\, direction\, and purpose\nCultivate trust in our intuition\nManifest our dreams and aspirations\nAlign with our soul’s purpose\nFind stability to support us in profound soul work and healing.\n\nThis three part immersive experience over spring has been created to gently support our awakening from the depth of winter and deepen our souls journey\, you can sign up for all three or drop in when you can. \nEach session we’ll be working with a combination of \n\nEquinox or Full Moon Ceremony\nBreath work Practice\nPersonal Inquiry with Journal Prompt sheet provided – to encourage insight and awareness\nDrumming Meditation – with the Shamanic Drum\nConnection and Community\n\nPart 2 – Friday 11th April 7:30pm \nFull Moon Ceremony \nBreathwork Practice with Mantra \nDrumming Meditation – The Winds of Change -working with the element of air to uncover fresh ideas\, different perspectives \nPart 3 – Friday 9th May 7:30pm \nFull Moon Ceremony and the transition into Late Spring with some Beltain insights \nShamanic Breathwork Practice \nDrumming Meditation with the Shamanic Drum – as we move from the element of air into fire we journey to connect with our Power Animal and ignite our inner fire. \n  \nInvestment\nSingle Session for 11th April – £30 (excluding PayPal Fees) \nConcession for 11th April – £25 (excluding PayPal Fees) – one place available each month to support anyone in need \n  \nCancellation Policy\n\nNo refunds for cancellations however your place can be transferred to a friend\n\nTransfers\n\nSessions booked are not transferable to another date
