DESCRIPTION:This Full Moon gathering is  where we come together in circle to connect with this months moon energy. \nThere will be a Full Moon Ritual with sharing circle\, gentle yoga practice (suitable for all levels) followed by a guided mediation. \nThis session gifts you an opportunity to deeply connect with yourself\, with others and the world around you. \nThursday 11th August \n7:30-9:30pm \n2 hours –  £26.25 (include 5% booking fee) or £25 if paying by bank transfer. \nBooking Options: \nBy Email  –  confirm your place at amanda@theconsciouscabin.co.uk and send payment to either; \n\nPayPal –  please pay  £26.25 to paypal.me/ATolchard \nLloyds Bank transfer – please pay £25 to Sort code 30-99-80 / account no 02115631 and pop the date of class in the reference section\n\nBy Website – follow the ‘Get Tickets’ link below to pay £26.25 \nWhat you’ll need to bring: \n\nA blanket or throw\, we provide mats\, bolsters and bricks.\nA soft cushion if extra support is needed when sitting or lying\nNotepad/Journal and pen\nWater and a smile!\n\nExact address will be sent seperately\, along with a Health Form.
