DESCRIPTION:FREE Online Yoga Taster with Mindful Movement and Meditation \nThis free taster class is great way to start your weekend while also giving you and opportunity to experience a virtual practice before signing up for our four week online course – which you’ll receive a 20% discount as a thank you for attending! \nThis is suitable for anyone with or without yoga\, meditation\, inner work experience.  There will be a beautiful balance of  movement and stillness\, where the breath\, body and energy guides throughout along with a gentle invitation to inquire within. \nSaturday 15th April \n9am \n(60-70mins) \nREGISTER HERE \n\nZoom details will be sent once registered.\nWhat you’ll need will be sent separately\, along with a Pre-Screening Health Form.\nIf you are new to yoga and have any injuries or health conditions please seek medical advice before registering.
