SUMMARY:Autumn Soul Dive Part 1 - Shamanic Drumming Meditation
DESCRIPTION:Autumn Soul Dive focuses on harmonising the balance between our light and darkness. By incorporating the West Direction of the Shamanic Medicine Wheel\, along with the symbolism of the Phoenix and Snake\, we embrace a period of personal harvest and celebration as we gather the symbolic seeds of our intentions in anticipation of winter. \nDuring Early Autumn\, we engage with the Sacral Chakra and the fluidity of the water element. Transitioning into Late Autumn\, we delve into our Third Eye energy as the water element transforms into earth. This connection allows us to explore our lineage\, connecting with our ancestors and the natural cycles of death and rebirth as nature completes another rotation of the wheel. \nWhen we align ourselves with the energy of the season\, centred in our true selves\, we unlock our innate wisdom\, enabling us to: \n\nEmbrace our spiritual authenticity\nInfuse our lives with meaning\, direction\, and purpose\nCultivate trust in our intuition\nManifest our dreams and aspirations\nAlign with our soul’s purpose\nFind stability to support us in profound soul work and healing.\n\nThis three part immersive experience  has been created to gently support the letting go that required in autumn to prepare us for winter and deepen our souls journey. \nEach session we’ll be working with a combination of \n\nFull Moon Ceremony\nCold Water Therapy (September) / Ancestral Healing (October) / Cacao Ceremony (November)\nPersonal Inquiry with Journal Prompt sheet provided – to encourage insight and awareness\nDrumming Meditation – with the Shamanic Drum where we journey to receive messages and clarity from our spirit guides/animals.\nConnection and Community\n\nPart 1 – Friday 20th September 7:30pm \nWelcoming in the West Direction of the Shamanic Medicine Wheel with an Autumn Equinix and Full Moon Ceremony \nDrumming Meditation with the Shamanic Drum \nCold Water Therapy (optional) with some movement and warm herbal teas! \nPart 2 – Friday 18th October 7:30pm \nSUPER Full Moon Ceremony \nAncestral Healing Drumming Meditation with the Shamanic Drum \nPart 3 – Friday 15th November 7:30pm \nFull  Moon Ceremony \nCacao Ceremony \nDrumming Meditation with the Shamanic Drum \n  \nInvestment of £66 for all three sessions during Autumn (excluding PayPal Fees) \nSingle Session for 20th September – £25 (excluding PayPal Fees) \nConcession for 20th September  – £20 (excluding PayPal Fees) – one place available each month to support anyone in need \n  \nCancellation Policy \n\nNo refunds for cancellations however your place can be transferred to a friend\n\nTransfers \n\nSessions booked are not transferable to another date
